1. Scope of Estimates & Quotes
Estimates provided via website submission, email, or preliminary phone consultation are non-binding ballpark assessments based on client-provided dimensions. Official binding contracts are issued following an on-site evaluation, soil/slope review, and material selection signed by both parties.
2. Utility Locates & Colorado Law
Prior to any mechanical or manual excavation, Rios Brothers Landscaping coordinates utility line marking through the Colorado 811 locate service. Homeowners are responsible for identifying private non-utility lines (such as private dog fences or unmapped secondary irrigation lines).
3. Workmanship & Weather Conditions
Outdoor construction is subject to Colorado weather constraints (heavy snowfall, ground freeze, or torrential rain). Work schedules will be adjusted transparently in consultation with the client to protect structural base integrity.
4. Licensing & Insurance
Rios Brothers Landscaping LLC operates as a licensed and fully insured Colorado contractor. Certificates of insurance are provided upon contract execution.
